The Finance Administrator oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the company, and is responsible for budget and forecast planning as well as supporting executive management team in offering insights and financial advices that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
To improve the quality of accounting processes and implement more robust financial controls to achieve high level of financial statements integrity, reliable, timely and accurate reporting of the financial results for decision-making. The role will also perform analytical procedures to provide a deeper insight into the colleague and operational costs. Other main duties include ensuring financial reporting is in compliance with the Group Accounting Policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements; preparing and analysis of monthly financial and management reports; preparation of annual budget and forecasts; and meeting month end closing deadlines. He/she may be required to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
