JURIS enables Sedgwick’s claims colleagues to provide clients and their employees with real-time, meaningful claim information. Through the use of client-specific business rules combined with data interfaces, clients and their employees can access real-time information from JURIS using Sedgwick’s viaOne suite of tools and mySedgwick. Through a secure website, employees can track and analyze their claims and absence information. Clients can create and run standard and ad hoc reports, set their own system alerts and much more. All elements of a claim file — including correspondence, images and recorded statements — are available electronically 24 hours a day.
