Jennifer Davey

Jennifer has extensive experience specialising in General Liability claims emanating from the Caribbean. Originally qualifying as a UK Solicitor with an eminent city law firm in 2006 in the travel litigation team, Jennifer moved into loss adjusting in 2014 to set up a specialist Caribbean liability department working alongside the various local offices and associates in the Caribbean and offering technical expertise and support to them in addition to handling claims investigations and subsequent negotiations herself.

Jennifer handles a wide variety of liability claims including personal injury claims, public liability matters, employers liability claims, pollution claims, food related illness, Legionnaires disease, product liability, hotel and excursion claims. Specialising in Caribbean claims means that Jennifer is well placed to advise on the nuances that can occur with claims on the different islands and jurisdictional issues arising.

Jennifer has a strong reputation in Caribbean liability claims and regularly works alongside Tour Operators, Local Insurers, Attorneys and Third Parties to secure amicable and cost effective solutions.
