Matthew is a seasoned claims professional with more than 15 years of experience and leads Sedgwick’s TPA claims division, covering liability, property, accident and health, and motor. His teams deliver end-to-end claims management services nationwide, leveraging digital and desktop technology to ensure claims are reviewed in line with client policy wordings. Matthew has also worked with several global insurers, leading national claims teams across Australia and New Zealand, as well as cross-functional business improvement initiatives.
