Catastrophic workplace injuries are life-altering, involving death, serious disfigurement, paraplegia, quadriplegia, serious burns, amputations, head trauma, or inpatient hospitalizations involving trauma to multiple body parts. At Sedgwick, our priority is to ensure that our clients establish a communication plan for all key parties including the injured employee, their family, and the employer, which is tailored to meet their specific needs.
Our nurses are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist with catastrophic events to ensure acces to pre-determined quality medical providers, and that immediate needs are met.
