Organized the EFI Catastrophe Team which responds to natural disasters to provide expertise in the evaluation of storm damaged structures. Has personally evaluated damage to buildings and structures from Hurricanes David, Frederick, Alicia, Hugo, Andrew, Erin, Marilyn, Opal, Fran, Danny, Earl, Georges, Mitch, Floyd, Irene, Lili, Isabel, Charley, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne, Dennis, Katrina, Wilma, Gustav, Ike, Sandy, Matthew and Irma in both the United States and the Caribbean. Has also examined structures damaged by numerous tropical storms, tornados and various windstorms in many parts of the country.
