David Willmott is a Professional Engineer with 39 years’ experience in civil engineering, providing forensic, structural and geotechnical engineering services, environmental site assessments, and marketing services. Often retained by attorneys and insurance adjusters, his expertise is requested on construction defect, storm damage cases, and slip and fall claims.
