Mr. Eustace has over forty-four years’ experience working in leadership positions in the U.S Navy, EFI Global and the Texas A&M University System. He has worked in construction safety and             environmental compliance, facility planning, design, engineering, maintenance, operations and construction including contract administration, utility systems operations, project management, transportation fleet management, and contingency planning. His construction experience includes    domestic and international projects in Spain, Italy, Japan, Greece, Scotland, Guam and Peru. Mr. Eustace’s areas of specific professional experience include construction and product safety   compliance, construction planning, estimating and scheduling; constructability reviews,    construction claims, construction methods and material defects, residential foundation evaluation,      storm damage assessment, facility condition inspection, facility operations and maintenance; disaster preparedness planning and recovery operations, and, failure analysis, accident           reconstruction, contract compliance and administration, building codes and technology. Mr. Eustace has extensive experience in the legal arena as an expert witness in cases involving  product liability, construction scheduling, construction site injuries and material defects.
