Mr. Kinder has ten years of experience as an environmental consultant specializing in resolving complex environmental issues for property owners and managers. He functions as a team member responsible for client reporting, operations, fieldwork, and project/schedule management. Mr. Kinder’s responsibilities include bid and proposal development, project management, environmental site assessments, environmental soil and water sampling, environmental cost control and emergency response coordination, environmental regulatory review and reporting, hazardous material investigations and remediation, underground storage tank closures, asbestos surveys and abatement oversight and clearance, indoor air quality studies, water and mold damage investigation, and remediation oversight and clearance.
