Mr. Kubiczki is a New Hampshire Professional Geologist (PG) and Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) with over 30 years of experience in the environmental industry, specializing in hydrogeologic and contaminant investigation, remediation, and construction projects. He has managed and served as technical specialist on CERCLA, Brownfield redevelopment projects, and RCRA Facility Investigations; managed numerous Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies (RI/FSs); managed several multiyear blanket environmental programs that included hydrogeologic investigations, closure of underground storage tanks (USTs), risk assessments, and focused feasibility studies. He also has experience providing expert testimony for several clients.
Mr. Kubiczki has developed and implemented investigation and remediation programs for soil and groundwater contaminated with aromatic and chlorinated volatile organic compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, coal tar, polychlorinated biphenyls, petroleum hydrocarbons, metals, dioxins, and furans. He has a strong background in organic and inorganic chemistry, and extensive experience in understanding and evaluating the environmental fate and transport of contaminants, performing geochemical and forensic interpretations to support site characterization activities, risk assessments, and remediation projects. He has extensive knowledge of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut rules and regulations.
