Kendall Biggs

Fire Investigator

Mr. Biggs retired in 2016 with over 26 years of law enforcement experience, his last 20 years investigating major crimes. Mr. Biggs served as a volunteer fire fighter and EMT for 17 years, rising to the rank of Station Captain and supervised the county-wide fire investigation team for 10 years. Mr. Biggs has been investigating fires since 1997 and has extensive experience in origin and cause, scene analysis, report writing, evidence identification, collection and packaging, photography and multi-agency coordination. Mr. Biggs has been an adjunct instructor at the collegiate level since 2016, teaching fire investigation classes as part of a Fire Science program.
