Kurt Gilliam

District Enviromental Services Principal

Mr. Gilliam is the Indianapolis District Manager and Regulatory Compliance Division leader.  His areas of expertise include EH&S management program development, environmental record keeping and reporting, EH&S compliance auditing, EH&S training, ISO 14000/18000 management system development, waste management, air emissions inventory preparation, air permit application preparation, environmental site assessments, and subsurface environmental investigations.  His field work includes on-site environmental management, conducting facility environmental, health and safety compliance audits, Titles I, III and V of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 activities, designing sampling plans, conducting industrial facility inspections, preparing hazardous materials management plans, overseeing site remediation, and site evaluations under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).  Mr. Gilliam also has extensive knowledge about the structure and procedures of state and federal environmental regulatory agencies.
