Mr. Rowe is a licensed professional engineer with 28 years of experience in the
transportation, cellular, and structural investigation industries.
He began his career designing highway bridges, walls, cofferdams and various related
structures for the transportation industry. He has performed inspections and designed
rehabilitation plans for typical and major bridge structures throughout the southeast,
including bridges with prestressed concrete girders, steel girders, and steel trusses.
Mr. Rowe became heavily involved with the cellular industry when the major cell tower
build-out began in the late 90s. He has analyzed monopole, self-supported, and guyed
towers, as well as several roof top and water tank installations of antennae and heavy
cellular cabinets and equipment.
Mr. Rowe has been involved with several outdoor art sculptures with regard to developing
suitable loading models and supports. He has investigated structural failures for realtors,
attorneys, insurance adjusters, and individuals in the industrial, commercial, and residential
Mr. Rowe has always had an interest in unique structural problems and strives to apply an
objective approach to each project. As a registered engineer, his first responsibility is to
public safety, then the client. All investigations must be objective, and the conclusions must
be defensible. Mr. Rowe uses engineering principals to establish these goals, and he
provides our clients with answers to their specific questions.
