Mr. Anderson has over 35 years of experience in facilities related work including HVAC, environmental, and indoor air quality and property condition assessments. He has performed numerous investigations/evaluations related to commercial, educational, hotels, institutional and high rise/multi-family residential facilities. He has provided consulting design, contractor selection and construction oversight for similar facilities for repairs or remediation. Mr. Anderson has also provided emergency response consulting for major flood and storm-damaged facilities including onsite evaluations, testing, design team coordination, remediation design, contractor selection and management and construction oversight.

Mr. Anderson has over 27 years of asbestos consulting and management experience. He has managed and/or served as a consultant on several asbestos abatement projects. His responsibilities include preparation of proposals, overseeing the preparation of abatement plans and specifications, provided project management for abatement remediation projects. He has also performed several asbestos surveys including exposure assessments and recommendations. The projects range from single-story structures to high-rise office buildings to museums.

Mr. Anderson has over 31 years of experience in indoor air quality. He has managed and/or served as a consultant on several indoor air quality projects and identified as a mechanical (HVAC) specialist for this work. He performed indoor air quality studies on numerous projects such as low-rise and high-rise office buildings, hotels, museums, schools (K-12 and universities) and high-rise apartment complexes and condominiums. These studies included evaluating occupant complaints, sampling indicators of indoor air quality (mold/bacteria, comfort parameters, VOC’s and other chemical contaminants), reviewing the operation and maintenance of the mechanical systems and developing generalized recommendations for improving indoor air quality. He has performed remediation consulting services for several remediation projects for correcting indoor air quality deficiencies (including mold and flooding damage) in schools, universities, office buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities. These remediation consulting services include, work procedures/scope of work development, contractor slection and bidding, project management and construction management.

Mr. Anderson is also the national catastrophe response manager for environmental services for EFI. These services involve response to major weather events (hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes) as they relate to issues for asbestos mold, and environmental contamination. Mr. Anderson is responsible for determining scope of services, coordinating and allocating of the company resources in response to these weather events.

His background also includes HVAC designing and producing mechanical contract drawings and specifications and performing calculuations and equipment selections for water chilling units, air handling units, hot water heating boilers, pumps, exhaust and ventilation air, various other pieces of heating and cooling equipment, and other items required for a complete mechanical system.
