Paul has more than a decade of experience working for Sedgwick, first as a senior loss adjuster, then branch manager and Midlands major and complex loss operations director and is now Director, Head of major loss. He specialises in major and complex losses, business interruption and commercial property claims. With a total of 24 years of experience in the industry, Paul has dealt with major and complex losses in the UK and Australia as well as areas of Europe. He was previously awarded the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters young achiever of the year and in 2024 was the team leader of a loss that won the British Insurance Awards, Major loss award.
