Jim Clark

Jim is a Master Mariner with 17 years of seagoing experience on a wide variety of vessels worldwide, including eight years in the offshore oil and gas sector as Master on large offshore support vessels. He came ashore in 2015 to join a global specialist loss adjusting and survey firm and now works full time as a loss adjuster focused on claims with a significant marine element. His assignments include offshore construction claims in the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors, mobile offshore drilling units, offshore operational losses, and incidents involving salvage and third-party liabilities, and he has also assisted on a number of high-profile downstream and onshore losses.
