As the economy continues to improve, construction remains one of the core pillars to the nation’s development. Whilst the industry is always volatile through supply and demand challenges, the current shortages are impacting everyone in the supply chain right through to consumers who are experiencing increasing costs and delays in delivery. This topic will be the focus of our panel at the Residential Builders Forum.

Attendees will walk away from this session with an understanding of:

  • Insolvency of builders, including trends/observations, fixed price contract commitments, competitive market driving pricing, use of provisional sums and progress payment structure, as well as franchise models, investor models, new builder/start up.
  • Consumer fall out, including delay in project delivery, rent and mortgage commitments, increased cost of projects and difficulty satisfying completion certificates due to absence of stage certificates.
  • Supply challenges from both the macro and micro level.
  • Resilience and quality involving business administration and trade works, well-being and support for staff and regulator programs for disputes and financial strain.

We’ll see you at the conference, but in the meantime…

Every step of the way, we’re here to help you embrace, elevate and expand your view. See you soon, Sydney!
