He has worked directly on major catastrophe events, including Hurricane Katrina, and now leads large-scale property operations as Sedgwick’s Executive Vice President — bringing both frontline and executive-level perspectives to catastrophe response.

Andy McCallum
vice president of specialty operations
Andy has more than three decades of catastrophe claims experience. He started his career in 1988 as a multi-line adjuster and has been deployed on major catastrophe events like Hurricane Katrina, Ike and Ida. That firsthand experience informs his work today as Sedgwick’s Vice President of Specialty Operations, where he coordinates complex and large-scale catastrophe response efforts.
