Luke is a loss adjuster with more than three decades of experience in the industry, and currently is Head of Major and Complex Loss based in London. He specialises in commercial property, major losses, construction, retail and quantum claims. Luke has handled a large caseload of major and complex losses in property and construction, and managed numerous property accounts. He is regularly retained as an expert on quantum for solicitors and counsel pursuing or defending recovery actions, or to be involved directly in negotiations with third-party quantum experts and legal teams. Luke has served in several roles for the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, including chair of the examination committee, a council member for 17 years and president for the 2018-2019 year. He has been a qualified chartered loss adjuster and a chartered quantity surveyor for decades.
