Olga Dromashko

Olga has more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry and ship design. She began her career in yacht and ship design and naval architecture before moving into structural design engineering for oil and gas and renewable energy projects at a shipyard and an EPC contractor in Dubai. She then spent four years in marine warranty services, reviewing and approving complex high-risk marine operations in the oil and gas sector. Since 2019, Olga has worked as a loss adjuster on major offshore and onshore energy and power operational and construction claims across the Middle East, Central Asia, and post-Soviet countries.
She holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Mechanical Engineering and a Level 4 Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and is a member of the Engineering Council and the Royal Institution of Naval Architects.
