Vladimir Rodrigues

Vladimir is an aviation expert with a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades across commercial and military sectors. He established a solid technical foundation at Varig Airlines starting in 1996 as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician focused on Line Maintenance and AOGs for both the national fleet and a wide range of international customer airlines, progressing to become Maintenance Chief.

In 2005, he joined Iberia Airlines, initially serving as a Certifying Engineer before advancing into strategic management. During his tenure at Iberia, Vladimir became a specialist in airworthiness, quality standards, and technical support for the Latin American market. He developed extensive expertise in managing complex tenders and maintaining high-level relationships with MRO stakeholders, contractors, and National Aviation Authorities. Most recently, Vladimir transitioned to the military sector at Airbus Defence and Space, responsible for supporting the Brazilian Air Force A330 fleet, where he oversaw subcontracted hangar maintenance, continuous airworthiness and navigated the rigorous operational requirements of the defense environment.
