We want to keep you informed on the latest developments regarding Storm Claudia over the weekend and the steps we’ve taken to support you.
A major incident has been declared in Monmouth, South Wales, due to severe flooding.
There are additional reports of flooding in the Gwent Valleys and Cardiff, as well as parts of Cumbria, the West Midlands, Herefordshire and Shropshire (although these are less severe).
Our adjusters are already on the ground in the affected areas ready to provide guidance and assist your customers with claims. We are prioritising these areas to ensure swift support for those most affected.
Current situation:
Wales: Four severe flood warnings remain in place.
England: Conditions are improving, but there are still 26 active flood warnings across various regions.
