One call to our crisis care hotline provides access to a crisis care nurse who will assess the situation, including the needs of the injured employees, their families, affected coworkers and employer, and deploy the appropriate resources including mental health counselors, field case managers, physician advisors and medical equipment experts. Our program also includes access to our international case management team that can connect employees with medical care anywhere in the world. Through our large network, we can quickly identify a provider, coordinate medical evaluations, and arrange transportation, emergency medical evacuations and repatriations.
