Shuji Tanaka

Shuji has nearly 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined Sedgwick in 2025. Over the course of his career, he has worked for Japanese and German insurance companies in both Japan and the United States. He has managed large and complex claims across a wide range of business lines, including property, liability, professional liability, aviation, overseas travel, personal injury, auto, and workers’ compensation. In addition, Shuji has held strategic roles in IT software development, supporting the auto insurance industry with advanced repair estimation application systems.
