Contents full adjustment
A contents adjuster performs an inspection and manages pack-out — reaching agreements with the insureds and vendors on the scope. Field capture and pricing with application of coverage is considered. The claim is settled with the insured and all vendors and includes salvage management.
Contents scope and pricing
A contents adjuster performs an inspection for field capture of the scope, replacement cost and actual cash value pricing with documentation and application of coverage.
Contents pack-out bill review
Pack-out bill review and settlement takes place with the cleaning vendors. This service is typically reserved for completed pack-out claims yet to be paid. Warehouse inspections are available when the invoice is inconsistent with industry best practices.
Desk audit (no inspection)
This service is offered for audit and settlement of the inventory as submitted by the insured or their representative. Inventory pricing of the scope by itself is available and can be used in conjunction with a pack-out audit on small losses.
Out-of-sight inventory presentation
Using our online portal, we can work closely with the insured to complete an out-of-sight inventory. We can monitor and coach the insured room-by-room, item-by-item in real time.
