Devastating storm takes Texans by surprise

Torrential rains and winds up to 100 mph hit Texas and parts of Louisiana late Thursday evening, blowing out windows, downing power lines and trees, and causing damage to buildings. As the storm continues to move east, hundreds of thousands of people along the Gulf Coast remain without power.
