We actively partner with the Department of Defense SkillBridge program, attend job fairs and visit local bases to recruit. For our colleagues who have served, we’ve established a Military and Veteran Colleague Resource Group to connect them with one another. And we proudly support Folds of Honor and their mission to care for the families of American service members and first responders.

Our Partnership with SkillBridge

As military members transition to civilian careers, the SkillBridge program provides a structured pathway to gain relevant experience and an opportunity to start their next chapter. Sedgwick’s partnership with SkillBridge enables service members to work with us during their final six months of service while the military continues to pay their salary.
