With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jason Rogers has built a career focused on driving growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships across carrier, captive, MGA and MGU markets. His background spans underwriting, brokerage, and program administration, complemented by more than a decade in senior leadership roles.

Known for building strong client relationships and developing market-driven solutions, Jason brings a unique combination of operational expertise, leadership, and industry insight. He has a proven track record of helping organizations navigate complex market challenges, identify growth opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that create value for clients.

Drawing deep experience across the insurance ecosystem, Jason provides a broad perspective on the evolving needs of carriers, captives, MGAs, MGUs, and program administrators, helping organizations adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing marketplace.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University where he was a four-year scholarship student-athlete and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
