Andreas Katzek

Andreas’s professional career began with an apprenticeship as a car body and vehicle constructor, which became his passion. He then completed further education as a car body and vehicle construction master. During Andreas’s 14-year working period as master, he was able to gain experience through attaining additional qualifications in the technical sector as well as by specializing in the car body restoration of vintage vehicles/old timers. Andreas then transitioned careers and began working at a claims agency. He worked there for 13 years and oversaw transit damage to Nissan and Mazda vehicles. His additional experience in this role included the processing and settlement of marine hull claims and technical insurance claims. Since joining Sedgwick, Andreas joined the major and complex loss team and handles marine, marine liability and marine hull claims, in addition to property, liability and technical insurance claims.
