He handles claims for insurers and logistics companies and conducts on-site cargo inspections across sea, rail, air, and road transport. Andrew also has extensive experience pursuing recoveries against at-fault carriers, shippers, and freight forwarders, supported by strong technical expertise in freight liability, cargo handling, regulatory compliance, and international shipping law.
