Catherine Howell

Catherine is a qualified solicitor with a background in professional negligence and insurance litigation, now returning to legal practice after gaining additional experience in the health and wellbeing sector.

After training and qualifying at a leading law firm, I worked on complex, high-value professional indemnity claims, acting for law firms and their insurers. I later stepped away from law to pursue my interest in preventative health, qualifying as a health coach and supporting individuals with lifestyle, wellbeing and regulatory challenges around health.

This period gave me a renewed perspective and strengthened my client-facing, analytical and communication skills. I am now returning to legal practice with a refreshed sense of purpose and strong commitment to delivering strategic and solutions-focused advice.
