Céline Lefort

With a Master’s degree in Civil Private Law and a Master 2 in Insurance Management, Céline began her career in Gras Savoye (Willis Tower Watson) as a claims handler specialized in PDBI.

After several years, she also handled liability claims and cargo claims. After 8 years, she became claim’s team Manager with 15 claims handlers (PDBI, Liability, Cargo, Financial lines). Then she took over the management of the claims department with a team of 45 claims handlers. She arrived in 2021 as TPA Director for Sedgwick France.

She now manages a team of claims handlers specialized in PDBI, Liability, Motor, Cargo, and construction. Among her tasks, she leads Core program team and delivers our dynamic and innovative solutions.
