Chris Ayres

Chris is a qualified Licensed Aircraft Engineer with 17 years’ experience in the airline industry, having worked with British Airways and Virgin Atlantic Airways. He has held approvals across a range of narrow and wide-body aircraft, including Airbus A320, A330 and A340, and Boeing 737 and 747 types.

During his engineering career, he held a number of roles, including Senior Licensed Engineer and Technical Operations Engineer, developing strong technical and operational expertise. He later transitioned into aviation loss adjusting, where he has built a further 17 years’ experience.

Chris now regularly handles major and complex losses across Europe, Africa, South Asia and the Middle East.
