Christian Leif Hansen is a prominent figure in the Nordic insurance industry. He is currently serving as the CEO for the Nordic region at Sedgwick, a global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits, and integrated business solutions. His appointment to this role in December 2022 followed Sedgwick’s acquisition of Sedgwick Leif Hansen A/S in Denmark, a company he founded.
Under his leadership, Sedgwick has unified its Nordic operations, encompassing Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, to provide comprehensive services to both domestic and international clients. In November 2024, Christian expanded his responsibilities by leading the European expansion of EFI Global, a subsidiary of Sedgwick specializing in forensic engineering, fire investigations, and environmental consulting.
