Colette O’Connell

Colette is a key member of Sedgwick’s Liability Operational Leadership team. She began her career in 2000 with a specialist insurer before joining Sedgwick, where she progressed from shared services to liability operational management.

Colette has extensive experience in managing liability claim portfolios, including employers’ liability, public liability, and motor, and has specialist expertise in key account management and liability claims data analytics.
