Francisco Peydro

Francisco is a Building Engineer, specialized in construction pathology. He is the Director of the Construction and Real Estate division. After eight years working across various areas of the construction sector—including technical supervision, contracting, subcontracting, and client acquisition—he transitioned to the insurance industry in 2003.

Since then, Francisco has focused on construction-related claims and professional liability. Until 2014, he combined the management of major loss cases with running an architecture studio, giving him over 15 years of experience as a Major and Complex Loss (MCL) adjuster.

He is highly specialized in claims involving Civil Works and Building Construction, as well as Liability claims (General, Professional, and those involving clients or hotels). Francisco has also led significant claims related to Construction Liability and regulatory compliance, including the analysis of material performance and safety in buildings.
