Jayson Varela

Jayson is a licensed airframe and powerplant (A&P) mechanic with more than 15 years’ experience in commercial aviation maintenance. He has worked across both narrow-body and wide-body aircraft, including the Airbus A320 family, Boeing 737 and Boeing 747.

His experience includes project management, aircraft on ground (AOG) recoveries and budget management. He recently transitioned into aviation insurance adjusting, where he manages hull and spare parts claims for major cargo operators, with values ranging from $100,000 to $15 million.
