With more than 20 years of experience as a chartered loss adjuster, Jonathon has extensive expertise in the investigation and management of complex property claims. In his current role, he is responsible for coordinating and developing Sedgwick’s major and complex loss team in Australia. Having held previous national marketing and key account manager roles for major clients, his expertise and leadership in the Australia and Asia-Pacific markets support the needs of Sedgwick’s colleagues and clients in managing major and complex losses. He also mentors colleagues in developing their technical capabilities through quality management frameworks.
