Maggie Liu

Maggie is a marine consultant and claims specialist based in Singapore, with experience handling complex marine claims and providing advice on cargo damage, vessel incidents, and risk assessments. Earlier in her career, she conducted extensive field investigations across Asia with Andrew Moore and Associates in Hong Kong, including vessel groundings, cargo contamination, salvage operations, and underwater inspections using tools such as ROVs and GPS seabed mapping systems. She also supported survey logistics for a global bunker investigation program and has additional experience in marine insurance and reinsurance claims with Marsh and Asia Capital Reinsurance Group, as well as maritime recruitment.
Maggie holds a master’s degree in maritime operations (UK) and a Lloyd’s Cargo Surveying Proficiency certification, and speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
