Nicholas Okonoboh

Nicholas is a qualified solicitor with four years’ post-qualification experience handling civil and commercial litigation cases.
He manages his own caseload of property damage subrogated recoveries arising from a range of insurable risks, including escape of water and oil, defective design and workmanship, fire and impact claims.
Nicholas also has experience in package travel claims, agricultural litigation, aviation claims, contract disputes involving utility providers, breach of contract and professional negligence claims. His work predominantly focuses on intermediate and multi-track matters, including claims valued at over £100,000.
He works closely with large corporate clients, property owners and experts, and currently manages a team of two paralegals handling subrogated recovery claims up to £45,000.
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Master of Laws in International Law and Legal Studies, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
