Richard Marshall

Richard has over 30 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of property disputes, from neighbour and boundary issues to multimillion-pound commercial landlord and tenant cases.

He is a Solicitor Advocate and Accredited Mediator, combining experience of presenting cases in court with a practical understanding of negotiated settlement. His work is rooted in problem solving and finding effective routes to resolution. Richard also provides training to clients and contacts on a wide range of property-related subjects.

For many years, he has sat on the boards of housing associations. He also acts as an adjudicator.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Laws degree.
