Sarah Fitzgerald

Sarah has worked at Sedgwick and within the insurance industry since 1998, building broad experience across underwriting and claims operations. She began her career as an administrative assistant supporting claims underwriting for home, foreign, and Latin American operations and has since progressed into her current role as claims underwriting operations manager.
In her current position, Sarah manages client accounts, handles claims within delegated authority, supports claims payment processing, prepares management reports, and liaises with brokers and other stakeholders. Her earlier roles also gave her strong experience in complex placement billing, client liaison, and account reconciliation, providing a solid understanding of underwriting operations and TPA service requirements.
