Sharon is a qualified solicitor who specialises in complex private finance initiative claims. She handles multi-jurisdiction lawsuits, including coverage issues and actions in the United States. Sharon currently handles large loss claims arising from catastrophes, including oil refinery explosions involving multi-party litigation. Previously in her career, Sharon worked in private practice where she advised clients on a variety of contentious civil litigation matters, injury claims and employment issues before joining Sedgwick’s construction and engineering team in 2005. Her expertise is regularly used to handle claims that are technically challenging in terms of the complexity of the injuries and the contractual relationships of the parties involved.
