Stuart Baxter

Stuart is a MRICS chartered building surveyor with 30 years’ industry experience in property and construction. His experience covers insurance claims, contract administration and the management of reinstatement projects ranging in value from 50k to £5million. He also has in-depth knowledge of the industrial sector, having acted for numerous landlords in capital expenditure, dilapidations and acquisition surveys. Before joining Sedgwick, Stuart was the managing director of a successful building consultancy and architectural practice (Kerr Baxter Associates) established in 2004.
