Our corporate account practice (CAP) team coordinates and manages claims from start to finish at any location across New Zealand utilising our network of specialist adjusters. approach centralises and simplifies your claims management.

Using a continuity of process approach, our dedicated account managers
are responsible for expanding and nurturing relationships in collaboration
with the lead account manager (where required). The account managers
also take responsibility for coordinating all resources required in relation
to the claims submitted by our nominated account clients, utilising our
nationwide adjuster network.

Strategically located throughout New Zealand, our team of experienced chartered loss adjusters and industry–recognised experts drive the recovery process by providing a rapid response, identifying critical issues and assisting in loss mitigation.
Construction
Our team has expertise in handling all construction claims from building developments, bridges, tunnels, railways and infrastructure to iconic buildings and landmarks, in addition to plant and financial losses.
Cyber
Our cyber specialists have the technical expertise to deliver practical advice and industry–leading solutions when a cyber breach occurs.
Engineering
Our engineering adjusters provide innovative solutions as part of the negotiation and settlement process. Additionally, they are experts at communicating complex, technical ideas to our clients in an understandable way, avoiding the use of jargon.

Our adjusters have a thorough understanding of agriculture, accounting, law, engineering, packaging, marine transit and food technology and can respond to all food–related losses.
Forensic accounting services
Our highly qualified accountants, valuation specialists and fraud analysts specialise in handling business interruption and financial losses. They develop claim resolutions and settlement strategies that avoid disputes, therefore reducing settlement times and costs
