EFI Global acquires the business and assets of Artemis Milieu BV in Belgium

BRUSSELS – 4 October 2023 – EFI Global, a leading, full-service international consulting firm specializing in forensic engineering, environmental, fire investigation and specialty consulting services, has acquired the business and assets of Artemis Milieu BV. The transaction expands EFI Global’s presence in Belgium and supports the company’s regional growth strategy in Europe.

Founded in 2007, Artemis is a Flanders-based environmental consulting firm that provides public authorities, municipalities, small- to medium-sized enterprises and corporations with expert soil investigation and remediation services. With Artemis’s talented team of scientists and service professionals joining EFI Global, the company further solidifies its position as Belgium’s leading provider of soil-related environmental consultancy, geotechnical and expert construction services.
