Stuart Baxter

Stuart is an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with 30 years of experience in property and construction. His expertise includes insurance claims, contract administration, and managing reinstatement projects ranging from £50,000 to £5 million. He also has extensive knowledge of the industrial sector, having advised numerous property owners on capital expenditure, dilapidations, and acquisition surveys. Before joining Sedgwick, Stuart was Managing Director of Kerr Baxter Associates, a building consultancy and architectural practice.
