Sedgwick’s resource solutions is available to clients as a recruitment agency, sourcing candidates for permanent or fixed term roles.
With job boards, databases and a network of industry specialists at our fingertips, our recruitment team has access to ideal candidates to meet your claims requirements, whether desktop or field. We take care of your recruitment needs through an open and collaborative approach.
We advertise, source, screen and introduce quality candidates to clients, liaising with them and you throughout the recruitment process until an offer is made.
On occasion, resource needs can be short- or medium-term, requiring only a temporary solution.
We have a team of experienced claims technicians whose sole remit is to support businesses for periods ranging from just a few weeks to several months. Our claims technicians can work on our clients’ systems and follow their guidance in terms of work to be performed. Where required, we can also provide a team leader. This is all made possible through our flexible working model, as many colleagues work from home or a local Sedgwick office. With no additional costs for overnight stays for working away, this approach keeps our fees competitive.
The service can also extend with temporary field support where required.
When sourcing a permanent employee, the successful candidate will invariably need to serve a notice period of perhaps one to three months. While a permanent recruit solves a long-term need, the short-term challenge still exists. We can provide one of our experienced claims technicians for a one to three month period, pending the start date of the new recruit, offering clients a solution on day one.
