David Summers

David has extensive experience handling major and complex losses across international markets. He spent 20 years with Sedgwick in Dubai, managing high-profile property losses involving property damage and bodily injury across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. During this time, he also helped build and lead a regional team of adjusters, engineers, and surveyors and developed a specialist focus in fine art and specie losses.
David returned to London in 2017 to establish Sedgwick’s global fine art and specie practice, coordinating loss responses and risk surveys worldwide. He continues to handle both property and fine art and jewellery losses in the UK and internationally.
