Edmund has worked in the marine claims industry since 1982 and is widely regarded as a leading authority in casualty management, with particular expertise in complex salvage operations. Early in his career, he took responsibility for developing and managing the Taiwan market and has since built decades of leadership experience supporting clients across local and international markets. He handles a broad range of hull and machinery and liability claims for both ocean-going and fishing vessels, and is valued for his trusted counsel and technical depth.
Edmund holds a master’s degree in law from the Institute of the Law of the Sea at National Taiwan Ocean University.
